• Return Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of a return.

• Item Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn beyond trying on, and free from any marks, stains, or damage (including perfume or makeup) to avoid value loss deductions. Please return items with their original tags and packaging where available.

• Return Costs & Process: Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer. You can easily start a return through your Vera Lumin account or by emailing us.

• Exchanges: We do not offer direct commercial exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
