We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Vera Lumin pieces. If something is not right for you, our return process is designed to be clear and legally compliant.

Our 14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Trying On and Condition of Returned Items

Our current lingerie and loungewear items are not supplied with hygiene seals. You may inspect and try on the items only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit, as you would in a physical store.

Please do not wash, iron, dry-clean, wear the items beyond trying them on, or otherwise damage them. If handling goes beyond what is necessary and causes a loss in value, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your reimbursement. This may include, for example, perfume, deodorant or makeup marks, stains, structural deformation, or other damage that reduces the value of the returned goods.

Tags, Product Box, and Complimentary Bag

Please return the items, where available, with their tags, product box, and any complimentary Vera Lumin bag supplied with the order, and pack the return securely to avoid transport damage. Using the original packaging is appreciated but is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

If supplied tags, packaging, or accessories are missing or returned damaged and this causes a measurable loss in value, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your reimbursement.

How to Start a Return

The easiest way to start a return is through your Vera Lumin account and order history. After you submit your request, we will provide return instructions, the FedEx return option, and the return address.

You may also exercise your statutory right of withdrawal by sending our model withdrawal form or any other clear statement to vera@veralumin.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. Use of the account portal is not mandatory for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Sending Back the Goods

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective items returned under the right of withdrawal, the direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If you use our pre-paid FedEx return option, the disclosed direct return shipping cost may be deducted from your reimbursement.

Original Shipping Costs

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also reimburse the standard outbound shipping costs. If you return only part of an order, the original shipping fees are not reimbursed.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that you believe is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, please contact vera@veralumin.com as soon as reasonably possible. Where reasonably possible, please include clear photos or video so we can assess the issue quickly.

We may inspect the returned item to verify non-conformity. This verification process does not affect your statutory rights. If the item is confirmed to be non-conforming, Vera Lumin will bear the necessary shipping and inspection costs and provide the remedies available under applicable law, which may include repair or replacement free of charge and, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund.

Exchanges

Vera Lumin does not offer direct commercial exchanges for preference-based returns such as a different size, colour, or style. You may return the original item and place a new order separately. This does not affect remedies available under applicable law for non-conforming goods.

Refunds

For withdrawal returns, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
