Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights available to you under the law of your country of habitual residence.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal through your order history on our website, by using the model withdrawal form set out below, or by sending any other clear statement to vera@veralumin.com. Use of the online return flow is the easiest method, but it is not a legal precondition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Returning the Goods

Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us that you wish to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

Condition of Returned Goods

Our current lingerie and loungewear items are not supplied with hygiene seals. You may handle and try on the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit, as you would in a physical store.

If handling goes beyond what is necessary and causes a loss in value, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your reimbursement. This may include, for example, washing, ironing, dry-cleaning, wearing beyond trying on, perfume or deodorant traces, makeup marks, stains, deformation, or damage caused by inadequate packaging for the return journey.

Tags, Packaging, and Accessories

Please return the goods, where available, with their tags, product box, and any complimentary Vera Lumin bag supplied with the order, and pack the parcel securely. Original packaging is appreciated but is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

If supplied packaging or accessories are missing or damaged and this causes a measurable loss in value, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your reimbursement.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective goods returned under the right of withdrawal, the direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer, provided this was clearly communicated before purchase. If you use our pre-paid FedEx return option, the disclosed direct return shipping cost may be deducted from your reimbursement.

Original Delivery Costs

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will reimburse the standard outbound delivery costs. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge is not reimbursed.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If you believe a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, please contact vera@veralumin.com as soon as reasonably possible. Where reasonably possible, please include photos or video to help us assess the issue more quickly.

We may inspect the returned goods to verify non-conformity. If the product is confirmed to be non-conforming, Vera Lumin will bear the necessary shipping and inspection costs and provide the remedies available under applicable law, which may include repair or replacement free of charge and, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund.

Commercial Exchanges

We do not offer direct commercial exchanges for preference-based returns. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order separately. This does not affect statutory remedies for non-conforming goods.

Refund Processing

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery costs for a full-order withdrawal, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
