The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. Consumers may also seek assistance from their national consumer information or alternative dispute resolution bodies where such bodies are available and competent.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

All legal relationships between Vera Lumin B.V. and the user are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or if you have no general place of jurisdiction within the European Union and mandatory law does not require otherwise, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
