Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All orders are shipped via FedEx from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment, in the currency available for your delivery country.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Netherlands: 1-2 business days
  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain: 2 business days
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden: 3 business days
  • Switzerland: 2-3 business days
  • Great Britain: 2-3 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Unless we expressly agree a different timeframe with you, delivery takes place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We process orders quickly. Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to stop shipment or change the order. This operational limitation does not affect your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal that applies.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND CHECKOUT CURRENCY
  • Checkout currency by destination: Depending on your delivery country, prices and shipping charges may be shown and charged in EUR, DKK, CZK, SEK, HUF, PLN, RON, CHF, or GBP.
  • European Union: Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. There are no additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery within the EU.
  • Great Britain: We currently accept orders for Great Britain only where the consignment value is above £135. Import VAT and duties for eligible orders are calculated and added at checkout.
  • Switzerland: Import taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout.

Where applicable, these charges are processed during checkout so that there are no unexpected import charges on delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking number.

UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES

If a parcel is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, failed to collect it, or refused delivery for reasons not attributable to Vera Lumin, we may deduct the direct return shipping costs from the refund, provided these costs were clearly disclosed before purchase.

RISK OF LOSS AND DAMAGES

The risk of loss or damage passes only when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at vera@veralumin.com with your order number. Where possible, please include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will coordinate with the carrier and provide the remedy required under applicable law.
