Your membership tier is based on your total amount spent at Vera Lumin. As you spend more, your tier automatically upgrades, giving you tier privileges like storewide discounts and free shipping.
You progress to higher tiers simply by making purchases on our website. Every purchase adds to your total spent amount, moving you closer to the Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers.
No, your tier progress is only calculated based on the product value of your orders. Taxes, shipping fees, and other extra charges are not included in your total spent amount.
When you place an order, the spent amount will fully count towards your tier status once your order is successfully fulfilled.
Yes. You must be logged into your account during checkout for your spending to be counted and for your tier benefits (like discounts and free shipping) to be applied automatically.
If an order is returned, canceled, or refunded, the spent amount from that specific purchase will be deducted from your account. If this deduction drops your total spend below your current tier requirement, your tier status may be affected.
Yes. If you do not make any purchases for 1 year, your tier will be downgraded to the previous tier. We will send you an email notification 1 month before any downgrade happens.
